There are no limits.
Even with just 1 or 2 apartments or villas you can become nomad rated.

Does every room I offer need a kitchen & bathroom?
Not necessarily but they do improve your rating.
Nomads prefer self-contained rooms with their own kitchen and bathroom but shared facilities are acceptable.
Some properties, with easy access to inexpensive local food sellers, can get away without a kitchen or shared kitchen.

Can I Get a Rating if I need to approve bookings manually?
Yes, although your rating won't be as high as Stays with instant confirmation.
As Digital Nomads travel more and book more than most people the convenience of fast booking and confirmations is held in high regard.

How does Nomad Ratings make money?
We charge a subscription fee to properties to be rated.
