The villa is available for exclusive long term rental (minimum 100 nights) from 15 May through to 1 October this year. Yaz Meltemi is a front-line, Greek-style villa in one of the most stunning locations in Kas. With magnificent, uninterrupted ... views to the Greek island of Kastellorizo (Meis), the villa has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, maximum guests 4. At the front garden gate, there are steps leading directly down to the sea and bathing platform. There are 4 villas built around a central, shared swimming pool within the beautiful Panorama Gardens. Around the pool there are sun loungers and parasols for guests' use. Each villa has its own private garden and terrace area. The main bedroom is on the first floor and has an ensuite bathroom and a balcony. On the second floor, there are 2 double bedrooms (one can be twin or large bed) which share a bathroom and a balcony. The downstairs living area is open plan and double doors open out to the large, private terrace, with BBQ, dining table and comfortable seating. The newly-fitted kitchen is fully equipped. There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and strong wireless internet. Guests have the use of our 2 bikes and there are regular buses from the top of the road into Kas main town. The picturesque walk into town takes around 45 minutes. The Kas Peninsula is a beautiful, peaceful residential area just outside the vibrant town of Kas, which has positioned itself in recent years as something of an activities hub. Dive boats glide out from the harbour each morning, offering everything from Padi courses to refresher programmes and advanced open-water dives (subaquadive.com is generally considered the best). Agencies cater for soft adventurers, with kayaking trips and Jeep safaris, as well as those looking for more hardcore thrills, such as canyoning through a series of spectacular gorges. There is yoga 3 times a week at the stunning amphitheatre and a burgeoning digital nomad community. Eating out in Kas is wonderfully relaxed - most restaurants still serve traditional Turkish dishes, with meze trays stacked in cold bars and fresh fish piled on ice. Kas has a clutch of live music bars but it’s more of a mellow-tunes kind of vibe than a serious party town.
