Available Jan-Feb for now, a duplex loft in prime SoHo. This duplex loft is fully equipped for a comfortable live / work / play living of a nomad. You have a dedicated bedroom with a KING size bed, a dedicated ... office desk with 3 monitors and printer, and stationary work bike for those who spend too much time on their laptop. You can work there, or downstairs theres a kitchen island, dining table and comfortable armchair and couches. WiFi is SUPER strong with a backup router for those coders out there ;). As for Play I don't have to tell you what New York City is like, but living in Soho is a dream even most New Yorkers would love to live in....coffee shops, museums, restaurants, beautiful art and people.... Each floor has a full bathrooms (with a shower or jacuzzi tub depending on your desires), the first floor has the bathroom, laundry, kitchen, dining and living space and upstairs is the futon couch in the alcove, full bathroom and the bedroom.
