This beautiful Holiday house “Cretan Sun ” is located in the Center of a traditional village Kondomárion . It is an old stone House, which is renovated but retains much of its traditional character. Firstly, the good size ... plot has a garden with various trees and flowers, roses and full year grass. In other words kids can play save and nice. We have a private parking space covered with green. A few stairs lead up one level above the road, where we find a nice comfortable terrace. Entering inside the residence we find a large open plan kitchen and dining area equipped with a fireplace. Kitchen At the kitchen of Holiday house “Cretan Sun ” features many cupboards and all the necessary appliances. Above the washing machine you can find a cupboards for storage, a full size stove, a microwave , a washing machine and a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of space for a dining table. Guest bedroom with patio doors and a wardrobe and outdoor games. Next to the kitchen, there is a bathroom with shower. moreover, moving on, we find another bedroom with a door that opens onto the backyard and the garden. From the Guest Bedroom, door leads up to a large private roof terrace, part of which is covered by a pergola providing shade for the hot sunny days. A BBQ is built on the terrace and from here one can enjoy unobstructed evening under the candle light. A great spot for wining and dining or relaxing in the sun in full privacy! In the kitchen area there is a wooden staircase that leads upstairs. Living Room For instance, leads, instance, leads to a massive tiled covered balcony with wonderful orange Sun Sail with views of the Aegean Sea, as well as the village of Kontomari with its church standing above the village. The Living Room has a wooden floor and a high wooden ceiling. On another hand in the large living room is bright as it has patio door and a window. Most importantly next to the master Bedroom is the 2ed Bathroom with shower and all appliances . Master Bedroom equipped with full size wardrobes and cupboards. Meanwhile, when you open the balcony door you can not overlooking the sea, the road and the village. The property features aluminum window frames and independent heating. When you enjoy your day at the Cretan beaches, after that you can have a Grill in the wonderful garden! The sea is just a few minutes’ drive. The junction of the highway is approximately 5 minutes’ drive, Lidle is 6minutes to drive, Chania 25 minutes, the port of Souda 30 minutes and the Chania airport 40 minutes. Ready to move into.
