The property has 10 parking spaces, a huge grassy backyard, full-court basketball, volleyball, ping pong, bicycles, hammock, and picnic tables. Inside the co-living space are custom-built pods with stairways instead of ladders, personal night light, outlets with USB, storage area, sheets and towel. The common areas include lockers, conference room, TV room with theater seating, 2 kitchens (some free food in the "shared" section), showers with free toiletries, fast WIFI, and iMac computers. We uphold strict quiet hours from 10pm to 10am and do not permit non-registered guests, nor covering the pods for privacy. The entire property is co-ed. We do not allow minors to stay with us. You must be 18 and older in order to be a guest.
