Casa del Rio Retreat is a converted riverside mansion house, where we offer winter extended stays between October and March . Our rooms are centrally heated, and spacious, equipped with a seating area and desk for remote workers. ... Wi-Fi is working perfectly throughout the house. We have many private areas where you can work and enjoy the beautiful countryside scenery. Terraces are numerous, some covered, some open. We include a daily breakfast, and afterwards, guests are able to use our large well-equipped kitchen to prepare lunch or dinner. There are large fridges/freezers for your use. We have a swimming pool 2 Barbeque ( one gas and one charcoal ) open fire in the main salon. TV room - note there are no tvs in the rooms. The house is situated within a small village in the Serrania de Ronda in Andalucia. An area of outstanding natural beauty. During the winter months, there are many organised walking groups, cycling, and a range of activities such as rock climbing, kayaking, horseriding and more. Our village has a train station with daily connections to Algeciras on the coast , Ronda, Malaga and beyond.
