Urban Oasis Cape Town offers 32 studios in our Apart-hotel as well as 19 serviced apartments within 3 walking minutes of our Hotel, located in the City Center of Cape Town, opposite the Parliament Precinct and close to many tourist ... attractions. The vibrant Long & Bee Street nightlife as well as the V&A Waterfront is within a 15 to 20 min walk or a 5 min Uber ride. Our location so close to Parliament and the main police station as well as our 24-hour security desk makes Urban Oasis one of the safest stays in Cape Town. We have a coffee shop, eatery and 2 bars in the Hotel, one of them located on our roof top pool deck. 200 meg Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and the electricity interruptions (known as load-shedding) are kept at bay with our generator, making sure Wi-Fi and lights are always on. All our rooms are equipped with a full kitchen including a washer-dryer combo, all kitchen utensils, all required appliances and of course hairdryers, iron and a safe. Airconditioning and heating is standard in our Aprat Hotel Studios and some of our serviced apartments also have. As a standard we offer deep-cleaning and linen / towel change twice per week, but we are of course also happy to increase this interval. We are quite proud of the fact that we have managed to create an inner-city spot which reflects the multi-racial and multi-cultural demographics of our beautiful city. We are hosting entertainment for our guests and regulars, from live music to quiz nights, from traditional BBQ events on our pool deck to smaller individual functions. Our aim is to provide a home away from home for our local guests and create a safe and comfortable and authentic place for our international guests.
