Building with thick stone walls (60 - 80 cm) makes it an enjoyable stay for both summer and winter. The basic building blocks of the historic building are autochthonous and environmental materials such as stone and wood. It's on the third and last floor. On top of the building, there is a 70 square meters terrace (sky view). Ideal for hot summer days and for dining and relaxing in the open. In front of the building, there is free parking. The neighbourhood is unique and in a quiet part of town. The property is near the historic old town centre. You can go to the old town by "Barka", it's a small boat that connects the mainland and the Zadar peninsula, which is 5 minutes away (500 meters), according to some, as old as 3000 years old, or crossing a bridge which is 20 minutes walking distance, and of course with a car. The closest beach is Jadran just 100 meters away, with a cocktail bar and amazing views of old towns and islands. Kolovare is a well-known and popular beach among citizens and tourists and it's 2.5 kilometres away. Awarded a Blue Flag - a symbol of the quality and purity of the sea. The beach is pebbly with paved areas and above it, there is a pine forest that provides shade during hot summer days. Everything is within a 15 minutes walking distance, old town, beaches, ferry port, bars, restaurants, gyms, markets, and many more. If you are not a fan of walking and you don't have a car, the form of public transportation in Zadar is by bus. Zadar's local bus company is Liburnija which handles the local bus lines that run from the bus station to the town centre and all the suburbs and Uber or local taxi drivers.
